Is the Packaboo carry-on size?
Yes! The Packaboo fits in standard overhead storage compartments on airplanes. It is not designed to fit under the seat in front of you.
Do you ship internationally?
Not at this time. We currently ship within the United States only, but we hope to offer international shipping in the future.

Are the pockets big enough for older kids?
Yes! When your child is younger, many of the pockets are used for diapers, wipes, and extra clothing. As your child grows and needs fewer diapering essentials, those same pockets become available for larger clothing items and travel necessities.
Many families find they can comfortably use the Packaboo well into sizes 5T–6T, depending on the length of their trip and what they choose to pack.

Ground delivery is free for all orders over $159.
Once your product has shipped, it usually takes 2 to 3 business days in the United States. If you have not received your products, feel free to contact us using our contact page.
You can return your product up to 14 days after receiving your order. Please make sure that the products are not worn, washed or damaged.
